Most items that are in stock will be sent within 1-2 days, and personalised and customised orders will usually be sent within 2-5 days, depending on what you've ordered.

All orders from the UK are dispatched using first class post. This usually takes 1-2 days to arrive.

All other orders are shipped using international standard delivery. To give you an idea of timescales, it is usually 5-7 working days to the USA, and 3-5 working days to European Union countries.

I always obtain proof of postage and insurance--this doesn't cost you any extra, it is included in the postage price. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
